BOOKINGS TERMS
Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total cost will be required to secure the booking within 4 days. If the deposit is not received within 4 days of your booking, the booking may be cancelled without notice. The balance of payment is due 60 prior to arrival. A security bond is required, to be paid to the Manager's on check in. A credit card number is required to secure your bond. Visa, Mastercard & Amex only.
Cancellations
If a deposit has been paid, cancellation of your booking must be in writing and must be received by us. Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the following conditions.
1. Bookings cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the total booking cost.
2. Bookings cancelled 30 to 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
3. Bookings cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost.

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and all transactions are processed in AUD.
